River Charley all likely to race forward. Star Risca has returned in top order and for me is the clear top pick. Be interested to see if Charley can repeat his last effort.

Ascot 20th October
Looks a really good meeting to compliment the big one at Moonee Valley today.
Race 1: An interesting affair. Plenty of first starters and some nice types having their second runs. In Eden's Honour put in a slashing finish late, Regal Times boxed on well after doing some work and Lord Hatras was very green and should have finished closer. Of the triallers, was really impressed with Internationalist. Looked to do it comfortably at both trials. Drawn awkwardly but has a top jocket on board. Single Spice is a chance too.

Race 2: Plenty of speed here. Like Painted as a horse. Hopefully fit enough. Excessive looks to have plenty of ability and will appreciate 3yr old company. Hot Tamale will look the winner at some stage and Pribyl and Lost Opera should be getting home. 2,3,4 are all hopes but will be doing plenty of chasing.

Race 1: Looks an even maiden. Vee Eight Joe ran a nice race midweek in stronger grade. Delianuova trialled well and should go close. Hard Candy will go fast. Pumphouse Pete looks as though he has improved but will be needing further. Like Aljizah as a horse but wil get back and Classy Dubai is a chance.

Race 1: An interesting race with quite a few nice triallers. Of those, I thought Longevity was impressive enough to be a chance in this race. Celebration Girl is in good form and Time To Climb is the class horse. Share Trader hit the line well in tis trial and Cavallo Pazzo raced prominently first up.

Boulder Cup Day - Rail is in the true position (1st time for a while)
Race 1: Steam On should win but it does have convictions. Change of jockey is a bonus. I thought Ancient Spell is a good smokey. Wasn't pushed around over the last 200m when having 1st start. General Rules has raced well at both starts and Cappa Magna should race on the speed. Hibernian and Auburn Tiger are chances.

Belmont 11th September
Been a tough week on the punt. Looking for a positive turnaround today.
Rail is out 3m and the track should be good.
Race 1: A small but competetive field. Ultimate Fighter boxed on well after leading and and won't have to go as hard as early today. Mickey Drippin fought on really well after sitting on the speed and Digital Blackout is well placed. Kilat is a rough show.

Carbine Street is drawn perfectly and can get cover if needed. The class is Riosand. Had a torrid run in the Karrakata yet won its two previous races in excellent fashion. Cold handel should be getting home hard down the outisde.

Belmont 4th September "OJ Day"
A few showers around late yesterday so keep an eye out for the weather.
The early card is average however the company will be terrific. Good luck to all with your investments. Not confident of keeping the trophy today but will do my best.
Race 1: Really skinny race. If Nediyms repeats last start effort, simply wins. Right Honourably trialled fairly and Digital Blackout is better than its last start.

Race 2: Another small field. Hawkeye Mort is going super but is up in wieght. Sunrange is maintaing its form and Wicklow Hills is the best stayer but has legs problems. Test The Angels gets the soft run.

Race 3: Perhaps one where we can have a bet in. Kens Double will appreciate step up to 1200m. KKKat is flying and no reason as to why it can't manage its 5th win in a row. Underline has never won at trip but is going better than ever. General Albert is a definite place chance. Galldora is the other hope.

Rail 15m and the Cutaway is back in play. There has been some rain around so keep and eye on the weather.
Race 1: Looks very tough. Dance Studio showed excellent improvement and may get a strong 1200m. Kiddy Kat has been going okay at the shorter trip but have my doubts will get 1200m. Madame Renoir ran home well when having its first start and Imabutu showed good improvement when winning at Northam, Bella Contesea will appreciate this class and is drawn well.

Race 2: This is a really hard race with many chances. Ultimate Fighter impressed 1st up when always wide in Sat Class. Easi Cummins and Mr Moneymaker are good chances and Gronzy won well at its debut. There were plenty of good triallers which makes it even tougher.

Race 3: Been following Pegachi but do not like the jockey change. Scanned won well last time and Alaskan will appreciate being back in this grade. Danny does ride these staying events well. Zebook is a show and Conservative Point ran home well at Northam.

Race 1: A fairly common maiden with the form well exposed. Be Smart and Flirtino don't have much between them. Flirtino is not as well drawn as its previous runs however. Zip To the City showed some improvement when leading, Secret Bullion comes to Kal for the first time and class will definitely suit. Along with Grandblurr, who has had two starts here, they both look a bit one paced. Magical Note is drawn to be a chance too. If I could find one that had a turn of foot, I'd be confident. Best run wins.

Rail 15m Weather Fine
Looks an interesting card.
Race 1: Some very good debut runs in this. Foreverclever went awesome at Northam and the form from that race has held up well. Digital Blackout hit the line hard and Kilat ground away late. Tigerwoord trialled super but looks as though it will be a back marker. I have Pearls Of Wisdon being a good chance to lead but is nomed for Sat. Nediyms Ruler is a chance.
Tips 10 - 9 -13 -7 -1 -5
Race 2: Looks a great race with some very honest speedsters involved. Grand Platz is very good and Emteevee resumed with a strong effort. Curramulka is flying and Sunsilkin raced against good company last time in.

Race 3: Snuglet ran on well to win last start. Ciera showed plenty of ability last time in and can race handy. Scenic Rules flew home and Portrait Lass is drawn to advantage. Red Geisha is an interesting runner. Trialled okay and has raced against much tougher opposition.

Race 4: Mscar won well and is drawn perfectly. Catlantic drops in grade a touch. Torbell ran well and Worthy Scholar produced a nice effort too. Wild Times and St Pierre are chances.

Race 6: Irish Action finally broke through for a well deserved win. Hello hero won effortlessly at Northam. Left For Dead will appreciate this class and Avenmore Terrace is in good form. Endles Time is always a chance. A smokey chance to Temperature Rising.

An interesting card today. Rail out 5m
Race 1: A fairly average maiden to start with. Although having its first start at Kal, Rubitrove should be too good. North Royal, Little Ronnie and Lazyboy are the speed and the main dangers. Cappa Magna's trial was only fair and That's Why has run two disappointing races since a top 3rd.

Although I never posted midweek, I did managed to find a few winners with Need Luck being a great result on Thursday.
Looks a fairly substandard meeting today however, with the opening race being a prime example. Weather is good and rail is at 6m. Hopefully the track will race truly.
Race 1: Heart Ache looks a moral but anything can happen in small fields. Speed is questionable so am expecting a hacking pace. Brunello the logical danger and Caller One and Sentenza to improve.
Tips 2 -5 -1 -6
Race 2: An open event. Cool Handle was unrucky last time when held up at a vital point in the race. Sound System races as though the 1200m will suit and Auburn Streak has drawn to advantage. Easi Cummins should appreciate the trip and of the triallers, Hi Kilmore and Vexillum are a chance.
Tips 2 -3-1 - 8 -12 - 7
Race 3: An interesting staying race. Hawkeye Was well ridden last start. Cohort had its chance. Sunrange boxed on well last Sat and would be a chance if it could get across early and sit behind Hawkeye. Wicklow Hills returned to some of its best form after have quite a few leg problems. Admiring surprised me and Jeverre is a hope.

Race 4: Two staying races in the one day. Bizzaca is going well. Best Beware a chance. Test The Angles will ahve to work early but is going well. Western Jewel is an interesting runner at the dist for the first time and Kiwatiri should improve further.

Race 5: Looks to be three main chances. King Kool Kat, Ten Aces and Kenbon. Speed is critical and the top two will control the race. Kenbon just needs luck but will be hitting the line hard late. Has no weight so if they do go a tad hard, will be hard to hold out.

Another day, another attempt to pick a few winners.
Didn't have the greatest tipping day yesterday and last Sunday is one best to forget.
Rail out 5m and expect more of the same with on pacers being the hardest to beat.
Race 1: Many of these have had their chances. Flirtino is the best of the on pace runners. Be Smart showed that 1400m is its best trip and Slip Step went super last start and may be the one with most scope for improvement. Simply a Star made up many lengths last start and is worth including.

Rail 3m An interesting meeting with a few very open races.
Race 1: There are many chances in this. The obvious choice is Cold Handel. Drawn well and has shown it can reel off a good final sectional. Courageous Show won well 1st up, Auburn Streak is honest and Twilight Obsession kicked back well when having its first start. Of the triallers, was really impressed with Dance Studio. Looks a real nuggety type and is my selection.

Race 2: A very ordinary race. Gold Rocks looks the winner but has to back up from last weeks effort. If it can, should beat this lot easily.

Kilkenny Jac has hit form and although drawn wide, is a rough show. Mister Mimms should get a nice run and be there at the end. Lets Go Secret is suited back to the 1000m as well. But having said all of that, there are two runners in the field that both put in super runs when resuming last time. Emteevee, who will be on the speed (change of trainer and hasn't trialled this time)and Never Forgotten , who will be back last. Going to take both of these in a nov.

I've watched its last two runs closely and McGruddy rides it very quietly. Hoping it has a decent break on Bizzaca with 200m to go. Caller One will appreciate the draw.

Kalarena has been running well at Kal and did what many can't do, and that is win at its first start out of maiden company. Eagle Rock will lead and has blinkers on. Yabighorse is the class and Haagen will be getitng home hard. ODonell rides this best but C Harvey is a worthy replacement. Revy Jay is racing well and Bermaise is a place chance.

R2 Miltons Gift a rough chance altohugh drawn poorly and maybe a risk at the trip. Royal Edict is an excellent hope, Drawn well and distance rise suits. 1,4 and 16 are live chances.
R3 Rubitrove has run well at both starts this prep.
R4 Too hard for me again
R5 City of London a chance. Fortis - 'will the right horse' stand up. 1600m should suit.
R6 Timberlands should be just about right. I'm A Rocker and Rule The North are the main dangers.

Race 1: Court Crusader gets his chance to win. Expect improvement from Mayan Sky and Encosta Bravo who trialled well.

Race 2: A tough race but I do have a lot of time for Steam On. Drawn terribly but if at an EW price, is worth including. Amberstroem ran well on resumption.

Race 1: So many runners having 1st start in Kal today. Like Marenzo of those. Ran an honest race in much harder field. Espirit De Lago on his two runs back would be odds on but was a shade disappointing last start. Alley Cat Can ran home well last start and Flirtino will appreciate the draw as covered a lot of ground last time.

Belmont 31st July
Looks an interesting meeting today. Rail is True.
Race 1: Some interesting form angles to line up here. All the main chances are coming from different races. Lexdane is honest, well drawn and has Pike on top. Metro Master went super 1st up last week. Will probably have the same run, sitting outside leader from its awkward draw. Deejar impressed me when having its first race and Lauradane reeled off some good sectionals at its first start when very green. Wth natural improvement, barrier 1 and O'Donnell on board it should get every chance.
Tips 12 - 6 - 4 -1 - 2
Race 2: The Entourage and Terada line up again and there was nothing between them last start. With Danterina scr I think this ensures The Entorage will lead at its preferred tempo. Terada has drawn perfectly again and will be hitting the line hard. Antique Rose will appreciate the drop back in trip but I'm questioning its win 2 starts back.Xaaravid is always there abouts.

A Quiet Shandy is going okay and Aquinas hasn't been disgraced at both runs back. Sunrange should get a good run behind Enflamer who usually goes hard in front.

Zedream is flying in Kal and Old Blightly trialled nicely and looks like it will race handy. The one I do like is Where There's Smoke. Barrier 1 should give it the run of the race and it boxed on really well after sitting wide 1st up. Secret Engima is a chance but not a horse I can catch.

The issue with the race is the lack of speed.

Be interested to see how the track goes today.
Race 4: I liked the trials of War Gun and it did make nice ground first up. Chances to Rubitrove and Croselle.
Race 6: Western Jewel ran well fresh and this is not hard.
Race 7: Full Moon is flying. Change of stable but don't think this will have an impact. Little Nes should strip fitter and Portrait Lass has a good record at the track. Brocoletta will appreciate the class drop. A good race.
Race 8: Danamoss and Monby for a quaddie tip.
Race 9: Really liked the effort of Styleform last start.

Race 3: Orbital Motion is a nice type and Miss Vinnoire is going well. Chiron amd Demon Queen for the novelties.
Race 4: I like Interange here. Doesn't look a lot of speed and from a good draw, might be able to get away with an easy lead. Bizzaca is flying and The Package is a show. Place chances to 4 & 11
Race 5: Interestiung runner form Kal in Danterina. Does show good speed. Zester has gone well at both runs this prep and will appreciate this class. Fire Side is the obvious pick and will start fav.
Race 6: Only because it is a quaddie leg. Philby

Race 1: These staying races are always tough. If Offer Me Jewels repeats last run, will win. Lovre ran really well when resuming. Dajraan is honest and will race on the speed and Verissimo is going okay. Collecting showed a glimse of form last start.

Be interesting to see if Airforce is taken to the fornt and then run them along.

Looks an interesting card with many chances in most races. Track looked a bit average Sat but the times were good. Rail out 15m with Cutaway in play.
Race 1: Spotted a roughie here in Emaho in the trials and first up, although well beaten, did fire off the best final sectional in its race. Miss Vinnoire finished quickly last week and should appreciate the trip. Lexdane looked a bit dour and should be improved form its first up run. Catch a Dream, Sandfire look the speed with Land Down Under expected to improve and Discovers a decent debut.

Race 1: Spotted a roughie here in Emaho in the trials and first up, although well beaten, did fire off the best final sectional in its race. Miss Vinnoire finished quickly last week and should appreciate the trip. Lexdane looked a bit dour and should be improved form its first up run. Catch a Dream, Sandfire look the speed with Land Down Under expected to improve and Discovers a decent debut.

Kalgoorlie 11th July
Wasn't going to look at Kal today as don't have my videos on lappie but seeing there was a hint of dissatisfaction from some lads in Darwin yesterday, thought I'd better post some thoughts.
Race 1: Looks a race in 2. Redfish should lead and Walnut Creek will have final shot. Rail is out 10m so am expecting on pace runners to dominate, again.

Race 3: As opposed to the previousrace, this is tough. Quite a few on pace runners with some drawing wide. D'light Fantantastic has had plenty of chances but is drawn well and will appreciate this class. Secret Prince can improve from good draw, Miss Rosettie won a trial okay and the 1,2,3,4 are the speed.

Race 4: Zedream has come back in sensational form displaying a great turn of foot. Expect speed form Em Gee Brown and Carribean Crusie who improved greatly 2nd up. Universal Reigns goes around agian and was unrucky last week.

Looks a really interesting card with many open races.
Rail out 12m with cutaway to 9m.
Race 1: Court Crusader showed plenty last prep and produced a solid trial. The Puzzler has plenty of speed and Tropical Spice has been placed behind the smart Extra Beat. Enraptures trialled well and have been really taken with the trials of War Gun although it has drawn poorly.
Tips 4 -2 - 12 - 10 -11 - 1
Race 2: Some good exposed form. Amelia's Lad ran against better class last time in. Mscar goes okay. Catlantic ran a great race last start and this is easier. Numerous Secrets, Hello Hero (trialled well) and Rubitrove and Gypsy Myth are chances.

Lexdane had good Sat form last prep and Cold handel won well on debut and had no luck second up. Royal Edict is drawn terribly but going okay and Miss Vinnoire's first up run was good.
