Another day, another attempt to pick a few winners.

Didn't have the greatest tipping day yesterday and last Sunday is one best to forget.

Rail out 5m and expect more of the same with on pacers being the hardest to beat.

Race 1: Many of these have had their chances. Flirtino is the best of the on pace runners. Be Smart showed that 1400m is its best trip and Slip Step went super last start and may be the one with most scope for improvement. Simply a Star made up many lengths last start and is worth including.

Race 2: An interesting race. Zedream heads back to Kal. Late Change was disappointing last week but is drawn to advantage today. Hodlum Gang will be getting home hard and Toronto has been in great form but this is a class rise.

Race 3: This is the hardest race of the day. Apart from Outdo, I think every runner has a chance and interestingly, the majoity of them are on speed runners. Altohugh up in class, thinking Petit Maison might just be in good enough form to over the top of them late.

Race 4: Another interesting race with the classy Lambton Castle getting ready for a tilt at the big ones. Has a big weight but is the class horse of the race. Lottabiz and Menuhin are racing in good form. Matador and Danish Currecncy ran well last week and Cyclonic Force has never raced better.

Race 5: Really like two in this. Narva and The Brat. Be surprised if one of these doesn't win. Class To Go is honest, Master Izzac find this easier ad Goonee is a chance. Word Salad is worth including for the novs.

Race 6" Good race. Midnight Train is racing well but really liked the effort of Eden Park of a break. Fidelma may go better with the experience and Power Torque is due.

Race 7 This is particularly hard. Rain Strike improved with drop in class. Running Mist should lead, Heavenly Dance ran a cracker last start and Montclair Miss did okay when on pace last start. Interesting runner is Rock Of Soldier.
