No doubt Mr B had a great time at the footy last night. Need Port Adelaide to win for footy tipping glory at work.

Race 1: Only a small field and they are all stepping up in trip for the 1st time. 4 main chances. Mickey Drippin 's last 100m was okay and meets Hometown Princess better off at the weights. She will probably sit outside speed again. Pearls Of Wisdom is the knockout chance. Went too hard at latest run and then was a late scr. Drawn to get soft run behind Darrah's Secret. Lexden Cat is a show.

Race 2: Not sure what to do here as need to forget the last runs of both favoured runners here. Carbine Street has drawn terribly but does race okay sitting outside leader. Tongue over bit last start. Lisetta was a brilliant trial winner but will need to work a little early. Celebration Girl is very honest and is the safe way to go as can't see her missing a place. Twilight Obsession seems to hit a flat spot and then kick on again. Wonder if they'll try riding it back form draw,

Race 3: A tough staying event. Telexden, Aquinas, Best Beware, Bizzaca, Rosmopolitan, Zuboyne, Street Value all going okay. Shows how hard a race it is. Going for a bit of value in Telexden. Distance suits and no doubt Yuill will give it a quiet ride out the back form draw. Query is the speed as doesn't look any.

Tips 1-5-4-3-8-2

Race 4: This should be an on pace race as very little speed evident. Yabighorse will be up font doing its thing. Hallow Express is drawn to get the perfect run and thought it ran on okay last start. Brunello, Oscar and Ocean Cracker (a bit green but on the up) are chances. Exhit is going well but not sure about the trip.

Race 5: Toughest race of the day. Master Force should lead and will be hard to beat. Speccio raced as though will get trip and is drawn to get the right run. Kalarena was very unrucky but has another poor draw. I have a lot of time for Tropical Fury and she won fresh last time in. Amberstoem is going well and if they are making ground, O'Donnell onti Haagen is a plus and Simplyirresitable is a class dropper.

Race 6: Three promising horses should put on a very good race. Power Princess is flying, Blacksmith is smart and Reimbursement is in rare form. Peter The Profiler showed a bit more last week and Bermaise and Catcorp are always thereabout. Expecting more improvement form China.

Race 7: Don't like this race. Royal Devotion, if right would go very close. Versarc, if right would go very close. Xaar Boom improved and Esiarte is a good performer but does have to carry a hefty impost. Raw Metal may improve.

Race 8: And just to finsih off, another really tough race. Moonlight Drive is racing well, can forgive the toppie last weeks effort, Kens Double is drawn to get a oft run and Golden Heart has plenty of ability. Freetime, Underline and GoldRocks carry light weights and Danes Mystery is always a chacne over this trip.
